A request for a unban

Hi , im posting here for a unban.Socrates271 ban me.
I was banned because socrates271 thought i damaged chung_wu's house but in matter of fact it was my younger brother, when i went for my dinner i left my account logged in and my younger brother did some damage to chung_wu's house.
I am very sorry this it wont happen again because i will logg out.

Im sure you have read the rules,

Number 7. If a player (especially VIP's) is going to be AFK for more than 5 minutes, then please log off so that the slot will remain open for other players who would like to have a chance at playing on our server. (Fair play and availability ruling). If you are found to be AFK for an extended amount of time, you will be kicked by a Mod. If a Mod has to kick you 3 times for this reason, you may find yourself on a 24 hour ban!

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to determine who was using the computer at the time of the incident. And at this time, we are not allowing potential griefers back in to the server.

Yes, you will still be banned after the reset.

I am not making accusations, I am just saying there is no way for us to ensure that you yourself were not the one griefing. Regardless, it is the player's responsibility to maintain control over their account. If account control cannot be maintained, and griefing happens while another user was using your account, it still falls under your responsibility.

Possibly in the future mcbubblz, but at this time, no, there is no other way.

Part of the reason we have such a great community is because of the strict attitude towards breaking the rules. If we let that lax, then we'll just turn into what nearly every other server has become, which is generally a chaotic madhouse.

We will still consider unbanning you down the line, but at this time, the answer is no.
