On March 20 I was banned for fly hacking. I would like to let the mods know that i have read the rules again, but there is no excuse for hacking. I take full blame and admit to it. I was using the hack for my own benefit which I know now is not the way to play. I was banned by jacca. I have started a fresh minecraft jar (meaning i've taken the hack out), if you decide to believe that or not is up to you. I hope I can get unbanned, for i would very much wish to play with my friends again. Thank you for your time, and consideration.

ah nuttrbutr, you need to wait for the next server restart before it takes affect. The server restarts every 10 hours so just try back tomorrow.

It depends how you unban. If you edit the bans file directly, then yes, it won't take effect until the next server restart. If you use the command ingame to unban, it'll take effect immediately.

Oh, and the server restarts are every 5 hours.

haha, I stand corrected, I believe they used to be 10 at one point or another. So then you should be good within 5 hours.

Yep, it did used to be 10. We switched it after the server was still crashing often near the end of a 10 hr period. 5 hr restarts seem to work well though.

thanks but when did the server last restart (Pacific standard time)?

Not sure. It's not a specific time - it just does it every 5 hours, so it ends up being different every day (and depending on when the last manual startup of the server was). So, I really couldn't tell ya. It's been more than 5 hours now though, so if you still can't log in, post back here.
