Ban Appeal For Rampaging13

To be quite honest, I never thought I would have to be post in this part of the forums on myself but I guess that day has come. I've been a good kid up until now, I've donated about $75 to the server, I never really got into much trouble, but recently I've landed my self into a bit of hot water... It first started with me detonating a 10x10x10 solid cube of TnT. First of all, I was never told not to do this, and I got a strike for it. My second one was from me PLACING 619 TnT on a "Pirates" boat, this landed me with another strike. My third strike was from DrMadFellow. He (I believe with every fiber of my being), has had it out for me for a while; case in point, as soon as I got my second strike DrMadFellow attempted to get me banned for another issue that I had with Boston55 over a structure in his town. Boston55 was confronted and he said he wasn't all that mad over it. I was banned for APPARENTLY disrespecting a moderator in Mumble. I left the channel and it was unbeknownst to me that DrMadFellow was still trying to talk to me. Now I don't expect to get unbanned right away under any circumstances, but I do believe that it was a little harsh for me to be banned without being pulled back and being told that I was being talked to. Instead they went and banned me. Plus, DrMadFellow was on my case since this afternoon when I was bringing up mods "hiding" in moderator chat. On a side note, Roland00111 had a total of 6 strikes. This I believe is completely and utterly unfair to give a less committed and respected player more leniency than a devote player such as myself. I (believe) that there are people on this server who will miss me and many who endorse my banned, no matter what please don't get yourself wrapped up in this. The mods dislike me and most likely won't take kindly to people who associate with me.

After you said you are leading the so called revolution. I don't think that is wise to sy that to moderators and to their face. You drove people to their breaking point so plus Roland was banned a long time ago, but they say only three strikes now. You haad your chances

In all fairness Roland was banned 2 weeks ago... that is not that long of a time ago. And second of all this is just to prove a point and to lead into my second point. I'm justing waiting for a Moderator.

I only wanted to talk to them to apologize for how much of an ... I was being. I was just a bit jealous of Inuuchiha becoming a mod in such a short amount of time. I was also angered by the fact that ALL the mods in Mumble were in mod chat (before Inuuchiha was on). I really shouldn't be angry at that but I was. I feel extremely stupid for doing all of this. I would rather tell them in person to be more heart-felt. Thank you for reading.

Kibox, I thank you for your enthusiasm, but to be quite honest me DONATING $75 is no leverage point. I gave that money to the server for its betterment. I don't want it back and don't expect to get it back. As I said it my appeal please on't get yourself wrapped up in this.

I was banned a while ago, I still don't know if the banned is still under discussion or if you guys forgot about my banning. Regardless, I would love to know when I can (if I can) come back to the server.

The moderator team has reviewed your case. We've decided to unban you. Please be a bit more careful with your use of TNT (both the quantity per explosion, and the location you choose to use it). We'll be clarifying the TNT rules soon. At the moment it's been decided since the rules were unclear you only have two strikes, so please play it safe and cool so as not to get that third strike.

You will have to wait for the admins to handle the unban process however. So for the moment you may not be able to log in.
