Ban appeal for tobyed

hi im tobyed

when i log in it says i have been banned for grefing in creative, I simply had some client lag while exploring someones biome and was stuck, to get out i had to destroy 2 pieces of glass, im fairly new i have been playing pvp and my first time in creative, sorry for the inconvenience i logged off only to ltry and log on later and could not. please could i be unbanned

tobyed, you only broke a couple pieces of glass and got banned? We don't usually ban that quickly over a couple pieces.

i think someone else had greifed it but i got all the blame

Ah but your account is your responsibility. Therefore anything that happens on your account could and is credited to you, i.e. griefing.

This has happened over many ban appeals, I think you guys would take time to read your predecessors in the ban department. Sharing your account info is never any good.

your saying some else griefed the glass thing? or someone else may have used your account?

i only destroyed 2 blocks but there were ppl talking about there glass structures being greifed

i think i should point out something important here. he said he's banned for grifeing in CREATIVE, if he was and or is a builder then he could of spawned the items to fix it and first of all couldn't break the glass in the first place seeing creative is builders only. are u sure it wasn't in build or survival?

It was build, we understood what you meant thats why we didnt really correct you tobyed. Sorry the appeal is taking longer than expected, a couple more questions have come up.
We found more damage besides the two glass blocks, Is there anything you were leaving out? Being truthful is the best way to go here. Please let us know why you damaged the build server, or how else it could have happened.

I don't usually play on the build maps all I have done is looked around and seen my freinds base also I may have destroyed a few other blocks if I have got stuck or lost but nothing major that I would thought would get mr banned

The moderators have discussed your appeal extensively and have decided that you will be Permanently Banned. The amount of griefing was far more significant than what you owned up to, and you gave us no explanation other than breaking a couple of blocks. Remember that the security of your account is your responsibility!
