At 9:21, I believe it was hacattack3000 who started following me around the server with the claim, "you were going pretty fast". Not doing anything wrong, I decided to continue walking in the direction I was initially going. After I didn't find anything in the direction I was traveling in, I teleported to the spawn and started walking back to my old home (Because a user found it earlier that day, and I wanted to see what was done to it). This was around 9:50 by now. I began walking to my old home with (you guessed it), hac following me. Now, I play in 3rd person a lot, and angle my camera slightly down in order to get the maximum viewing angle possible. I walked until I found this snowy mountain about half way to my old home and that is where I noticed someone's name inside it. Butcher was the name, so I followed it in hopes of finding a base. I pillered up the mountain and was walked around it. About that time a friend messaged me on xfire while I was in motion, causing my client to pause as a new window opened up. I fell down a hole because of this. Hac, when seeing what had happened, replied "How can you see where you are going when you're looking down all the time". Now, This is the second time in which hac has suggested something, and not even told me the cause of his following me. Not doing anything wrong, I replied, "I am not looking straight down, that must be incorrect". A few minutes hac logged off, and I continued my search for butcher. Once I found him, I asked if it was considered griefing to burrow into someone's home. Jacca told me it was not, so I began doing that. After I killed Butcher I took some of his stuff and continued on to my home.

After I got to my home and checked everything out, I started walking back. I found Butcher once more (outside of his home this time), so I killed him again. He complained about it, but you know; it's a PVP server! It was around 10:05 PM now. I had to get offline, so I did so and said bye on the chat. When I logged in this morning, I was banned.

Please, tell me exactly. Why was I banned?
I was followed for an hour by 2 mods (there was another one [I saw him teleport to me, but then disappeared so I know he was invisible]) without a cause.
hac wouldn't tell me why he was following me, but instead gave statements slightly hinting at the problem, sort of like an officer giving a person a hard time.

You were banned for suspected Invisible texture hacks. The diamonds in your mine were mined by digging in precisely the direction they happened to be, suggesting that this may not be fair play. Could you eplain how you amassed such an amount of diamonds and how you happened to come across them so precisely. Hac believed that you were continually looking down in order to see potential bases.

The reason hac was following you was that a member had reported seeing you flying, when hac teleported to you you were moving fast across water, which could be a tad suspicious.

Everything I have said is said in full honesty.

How are my diamond mined at my old home so "precise" as you're suggesting, it's a branch mine. I dug a staircase out and then dug all around in a vein type pattern. I don't know how to better explain that. Up untill yesterday I really haden't mined that many diamonds. I found a user named kingvirg, and I dug down to him (holding shift) and stole from his chest. It had tons in it, so I took from there.

When I looked you up in the block logs during my investigation, I noticed you were able to mine exactly 94 diamonds in 16 minutes 7 seconds. Which means you were finding diamond ores roughly 15-55 seconds apart for a full 16 minutes. Some even going directly from level 14 to level 3 in exactly 51 seconds or going from level 3 to level 19 in 42 seconds finding more diamonds. Checking thru your logs. You do that alot. I was searching thru your "branch mine" also and looking for any type of pattern you might have had down there. There isn't one. It's just you mining in random directions at random times skipping every other ore except diamond unless it was in your way.

Sorry orange, your dishonesty in your posts here lead me to believe that you won't stop using the hack if we unbanned you - you'd simply try to use it while keeping it under the radar.

Your ban appeal has been denied. I'm rather disappointed - I would have loved to have you on as a programmer, as it sounded like you had the necessary skill set. But cheating and hacking while knowing it is against the rules, then lying about it in your ban appeal... well, it's just not the character of someone we want around here.
