OKay, so....
I was banned a while ago, and i'm not giving up.
What happened was they added the nether to the PvP server, and so when the nether came up, the protection within spawn went down, so people could kill within the spawn walls (even thought that's rule number one NOT TO). And so, mistasenior killed me i'mpretty sure on accedent, but i don't know. So i came back and killed him. Then another. Then one more. I know, I was a complete fail at listening and a jerk, but I am normally very loyal, even ask MegaSlayer13, my close friend.
I gave their stuff back, don't worry. But 1337 phreak banned me for the killings...

So, i dis-obeyed the number 1 rule, and i STILL feel bad about it.
If I shouldn't be back allowed in, i understand....

Dude you killed me multiple times for know reasons and then you stole items form me and when I asked for them back you said that you didn't have them and thats not right.(This is when he killed me in spawn if he killed me outside of spawn I would not care) I hope you do get unbanned and at the same time not get unbanned you are a good fighter but you didn't follow rule number one and that is the main rule and thats why I don't want you unbanned and so good luck.

hip3r, you knew better than to do all of this. You directly disobeyed rules that you knew existed.

However, since you have been very honest, admitted you were being a jerk, and have been a good member of the community since a long while back, I will go ahead and give you another chance on the server. It should take effect on the next server restart, which will be no longer than 5 hours from now.

The person who banned him was that one I think loader or Cj but I'm not 100% sure.

I will point out lilb that it seems you are holding a very obvious grudge against this person. In times of anger and frustration, your mind may warp your memories to better suit what you want to have happened. Just because you think he is lieing, does not actually mean he was. :mrgreen:

Dude he is a lier, when I asked who picked it up no one said anything then I asked the people at spawn and they all said no even Hyper then when the mod got involved he magically had it and when the mod ask why he killed people multipliable times he said it was on accident, I can't see how a person can kill people at spawn more than once by accident and by the way why did you make me seem like a bad person for trying to follow the rules.

Lilb was talking about this on vent several days ago, before hiper got unbanned. so it isnt a grudge from him being unbanned. and Lilb has had the same story since hiper made his ban appeal, he just saying that hiper lied about having his items. there ia a few sentence that make it look as if hiper did get the sword, as he says"no only mista but i gave it back and he killed me" and if blake read that wrong then he could think he admitted to taking the sword......HOWEVER.....the following is everything hiper said for those few minutes. and as you can see he said his mouse button froze, he was lagging...and he offered to give lilblake his(hiper's) own diamond sword several times. its in reverse order. oldest chat is at the bottom.

If you go earlyer to when I was killed and get the chat log from that you see that he said that he didn't have it can you get before and me not just him ok?

Lilblake, I don't see anyplace he admits to having your stuff, only that he volunteered to give you his own sword because you were complaining about it.
