Hello its cobblecat. my builder app is my house, i hope you like it.

its located right next to dunkeroni's house and i would like to put in a special thanks to dunkeroni for allowing me to build next to his house and giving me this opportunity. he also made some awesome piston creations in my house that you will see, so thank you dunk:) note to PD: If you vote no because of the meows:pthen i cant do anything about that but please actually judge it on the building because I would love to be able to build really cool stuff on creative:D(i have a lot of cool ideas) *not including cats or big signs that say "meow". Im serious about wanting to build on creative because being able to spawn items would be so much easier with making my huge ideas come to life:) I hope you like my castle house!

shgecko approved! you cant appreciate cobblecat's structures until you see them for yourself. they often have many secret passageways and awesome things that are sometimes more hidden, and sometimes more open. his house in particular is very detailed, and had a lot of hard work put into it. Also cobblecat made the best looking house in my faction base, and at my old faction base he's house had hidden passageways that connected from his house to virtually every other room. I had no idea most of them existed until he showed me. I'm pretty sure there are still a couple i don't know about. all and all, i think cobblecat would add some amazing strucrures to the creative world.

Cobble does make some interesting structures. He certainly would add a good deal of variation to the Creative world.

Besides the scale, I don't think this is very good. I don't mean to ruin your illusions of grandeur but this is not builder material. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to your structures, just giant square buildings with random cobblestone rooms.

I appreciate the effort I just don't think this is quite what the build world needs. The only reason you want builder is to spawn items? That kind of attitude is what the creative server DOESN'T need.

Variation? I can literally point out at least 10 different structures on the Creative world that are created with cobble.

its absolutely NOT just to spawn ittems. I have TONS of ideas for amazing stuff on creative that people would love to see. But that is limited on the build server due to the fact that i am alone and some items are rare to find. You would be amazed what i could do with creative. Its not like im gonna build a house like that if you send me to creative! creative structures need to be really amazing and ive seen them and know that i meet the standards. I may not be very good at mining in build but if you saw me on creative, you would see that i really do have good building skills. My house in build was made of cobble - well if im not limited to cobble in creative of course i wouldnt make a building like that(unless the style of building required cobble and sand) anyway, i dont want to be on creative to spawn items! i want to be on there to build my really cool ideas and have everybody see tham. My ideas for creative are way beyond my build ideas. Thank you for your comment froth:thumbsup:

And that doesnt mean i want to go around making diamond block mansions. I only think artistically what would look good. And spawning items would give me access to my ideas that are almost impossible in build because of how rare some items are. I want to build cool stuff. Not spawn a bagillion diamond blocks and be rich

This is most people's mentality going into the Creative map. This is not current with the ethos described in the wiki. Being able to spawn items is a privilege given only to those who need it and has been collectively agreed upon that they have design skills backed up with creativity. I don't think you quite have those skills.

What is impressive about spelling your name on a big building? Everyone has done that at some point. If you do agree that it isn't an indication of your building skills then do not include it in your application.

Perhaps I am missing something but, your pictures don't indicate any sort of high technical skill that mods look for in apps (at least that is what they are supposed to do. Whether or not they do that, we'll never know. But, I digress.)

You made the entire front of your castle in glowstone. What is visually appealing about a flat surface covered in glowstone? The front of your doors are nether portals, while cool don't seem to indicate any sort of motif or setting for your building. Basic design teaches that when going with a "choice" as strong as that, it needs to be a center piece that extends through the entire building.

I don't want y0u to think that I am just trying to bash you to seem like a "lozllzzzz trollzorcopter" I mean this honestly. I think you have nice scale with your buildings, but there doesn't seem to be any sort of method to your madness. I appreciate you applying I just don't think you're quite ready for the creative server.

That is my honest official opinion. (Sorry if it seems confusing or contains run-ons I'm currently on my fourth Nyquil pill and things seem a little weird.)
