It is the third house; the second had already been built and you somehow missed its construction... and they have a court document saying you must either sell your entire property to them for 85% in the name of charitable acts OR to move the border 75 feet to their benefit to give them more space.

I wish I could accomplish 30% more than I already do each day.

Granted. It happens to grow one $1 bill per 3 months, but not in the winter and it cost you $50 per year to maintain it and keep it alive.

I wish I could find a way to help one person become happier each day and avoid making anyone sad, mad, or upset for the rest of my life, including myself.
