ok so the first few times when i was doing it i didnt mean to it was just me dc'ing and reloging and being higher up.
then u thought i could maybe get into there vault and started looking for a place under there vault (found there mine and went in looking for a place where there cords matched up) so when i was in there vault i got IjinksI to tpr me and i tp'ed him in (i would like to say that IJinksI didnt do any of the glitching himself.)
I know i did the wrong thing and i am sorry. i dont mind being banned but its probably good because im starting to get addicted...

If you are a VIP and you have been banned then you have exceeded your three strikes or warnings. Banning a VIP member is not something we take lightly,

just a note i got told (by Jacca) i was getting a warning. this is the first time i have gotten a warning before.

In his defense, Drocks has never done anything even relatively bad (as far as I know) and he's a willing, helpful member of the communtiy. I don't believe many, if any, people would want to see him permanantly banned and many, such as myself, would like to see him back on the server as soon as possible.
Also it may not be my place to say it but I think that him glitching in pvp in an attempt to bypass a system of land ownership that no one seems to like, is as not bad as if he glitched in build or survival and robbed someone of their life savings. (Don't get me wrong. I think its bad, just not AS bad as glitching in build/survival)

NZ, why should we NOT act when a player abuses a glitch to gain an advantage over another player, especially in PvP where most people invest the most time and effort into playing?

Also NZ, please don't post in people's Ban Appeals.

It is no different to any other world. It is abusing a server glitch.

Drocks may be a well known member of the community, but that changes nothing. He still knowingly and repetitively abused a glitch with the knowledge that it was against the rules.

i agree and if im perm band im fine with that but as i said im sorry for doing it.

What did you mean by this?

By your posts you knew this was wrong, yet you continued to do it...by your first sentence..."the first few times."

just didnt like how they hid and we couldnt do anything to get to them. also before i started the raiding i just wanted to tp to them and they kept killing me in lava (i said i come in peace alot) and that kind of thing makes me abit angry / rejected so i just wanted there base at that point and wasnt realy thinking of the rules
with the addicted part i have been in the past where i stay on all day (im home schooled) and rarely do anything outside of minecraft. last time i only got out because i started to go out with the girl i like. but recently she broke up with me and since then i have been on the computer playing minecraft again.

to get into the vault it did take a few trys but i new what i was doing at that stage. what i mean by the first few times is that i was looking up the shaft thing and i would dc and when i rejoined i would be up there and i didnt know how.
