Eman and PuddingPies

It's 6:54 p.m. Central.
I found Eman and Puddingpies both exchanging new server info.

Pudding also said he's quitting the server.
I know for one TOSd was a witness because we were addressing the issue.

hudy it is my own buisness if i am quitting the server or not tosd has nothing to do with this and u should rele mind your own buisness and let the mods address the situation if there is a problem

report any rule breakage here, including lots of swearing, griefing, disrespect of other players, etc. Know of someone that griefed? List their name here, and we will investigate. If you are found to have falsely accused someone, you yourself will be banned!

In my opinion (And these are not the rules, to my knowledge) even talking about going to another server or asking about server setup to make your own is advertising. Mainly, because either of these means a loss in members from the community.

Just my opinion on server advertising.

Typically, we draw the line at an IP address being handed out, but over discussion of another server or asking another player to come to it, even without explicitly stating the IP, would probably be considered against the server rules as well. PD is right - ultimately, anything that might take away players from our server to go play on another is against the rules.

This is like the first time in 4 months I have got a screenshot of someone breaking the rules. Also, when have I been so sensitive towards people on the server. Do I just break down and cry when someone says they hate me?

XcitingStuart, not being rude here, but this section is entitled "Report a Rule Breaker". The whole purpose of it is to snitch.

Hudy did what he was supposed to do - he reported what he thought was a rule breaker. Turns out, what this person was doing wasn't really breaking a rule, but it is a gray area, so I am glad that Hudy reported it rather than stay silent about it.

EDIT: XcitingStuart has been banned from the forums. He was already banned from the server, and I didn't see any reason he should stick around here to berate other users.
