Mine would probably be Fish (cod preferably) and Chips, with salt and vinegar some epic mixed leaf and round lettuce salad (with tomatoes).
Which is a bit odd as I am a vegetarian (of sorts)

Spaghetti, hands down. I eat it 2-3 times a week, have for years, and never get tired of it.

Atlantic Salmon. Broiled with a light seasoning and lemon juice with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
