my sister plays on ultimateminecraft, and she says they just implemented a sort of guild/clan thinghymajig for their pvp. beside the fact that she is my sister, and i absolutely must 1up her in everything, i thought it would be cool to implement this into our PVP and survival server, it's not a mod, it just requires people to join in and stuff. more to come.

O.O Is it like clans or types of people aka traders, specialist builders etc

its more like, groups of players that go fight another, similar group of players in pvp, or go explore a dungeon/cave on survivor. she says on the pvp server, all groups build a town, then the groups would go on raiding parties to raid each others town.

We've definitely discussed this at length in the past. Do you know what plugin they are using? The biggest issue that we had was that there wasn't a proper plugin to use for it.

they only use a plug in of the towns, all the guild stuff is done by them in game, the plug in is called Towne or something of that sort, it basically shows what territory belongs to who and stuff

Hey Sarge in a similar thread Oli said that a plugin that made teams in pvp possible had not yet been made yet but then how does CTF work?

CTF is a plugin made for just CTF. It wouldn't really work on a large scale without heavy modification.
