I Got Banned on the server because i was new to minecraft so i didn't know that you get kicked for griefing please unbann me plz :(

Would you explain why you didn't stop griefing after told not to by a moderator?

It wasen't me playing i let my brother have a go on it and when i went on it it said ive been banned

Sorry but 'it was my brother' is no excuse - we hear it all the time. You let you brother go on, therefore you must take the consequences.

Buzz, I do believe that we have a global ban plug-in now that bans you from 500+ other servers as well if you're banned from on of those.

lol best ever if i were to ever get banned i would say that this happed and see what happens
