You know all of these people we unban for whatever. We should give them a sort of community service project to finish before they can go back to what they were doing pre-ban.

This idea stems from some experiences i have where i forced caught griefers to fix what they broke. Which works out really really well.
The main portion of the idea is that all of the banned players before they log in have to fix up build spawn to look "nicer" to the supervisor's eye. Jacca told me i could ask oli to make a plugin that takes away their rights to teleport if possible.
The reason this is needed is because we need people who come back to want to stay back or leave because all they want to do is grief more or whatever.

It's an idea, but it'd mean a lot of work for mods to check up on. Not only would you have to babysit them to make sure they are doing a good job, but you'd have to check on which ones were done, mark them off whatever list you were tracking them on, etc. It'd just be a lot of time to try and do all of that.

Let a select group of players do it... And you could give them a specific color name to indicate their status...and while we're at it why don't we let them ban griefers, and have the ability to restart the server, and make announcements...Oh wait...

I was thinking about having the people interested in becoming mod enforce it, with a single lvl 2 mod to watch over the community service altogether. With this community service only happening at specified times and places to where the post-banned can only log in there under proper supervision.

Ok, heres an Idea. How about we stop replying with only a quote rather than saying something new. We know your all trying to bump your post count, but lets keep the pointless posts to a minimum. Thats gotta be the most annoying thing if you try to keep up with all the posts like I do, only to find a bunch of "Whats New" posts all being just a quote pasted by someone new who has nothing original/productive to add.

I think the intention is to show mods that the public want me as a mod. Its the only explanation.
