I somehow doubt an admin would ban you because s/he was a racist (if they were)

Stealing is one of the main things that is against the rules... I somehow think that's more likely to be the reason

in my defence the house was destroyed so i didnt think anyone was living there

So when you say "not sure what I stole" you mean "I know fine well"?

At this point it's up to an admin to tell if taking from a destroyed house is acceptable or not.

I have no clue what race you are, nor does it matter to me. I welcome anyone from any country and any race to play on the server.

Now, as far as the ban goes... if you can fill in the blanks with HONEST answers, I will consider unbanning you. I don't like liars, so please tell everyone here what you did, own up to it, and promise to give back what was taken, and we will consider your ban appeal.

well if i got banned for stealing from a mineshaft thats probly from one i dug in to by accident. i made a fairly large mineshaft and probly dug in to that persons by accident if i took anything of value i'l pay it back if i can.

iv was playing of this server in the alpha but im not sure of the exact time iv been on it.
iv made some things involving redstone like compasses.

Toast, I went ahead and unbanned you. It turns out the theft was only one ladder, not the whole tunnel worth. I'll have to check with erodorin to find the tunnel again and find out who took the rest of them.

In the meantime, if you could return the ladder to erodorin (or make one if you no longer have it), and apologize for filling the top bit of his mineshaft with cobble, that'd be great.
