Hello Minecrafters,
A VIP named lilblake7005 took advantage of his vip powers today. At approxamately 12:00 PM, I wanted to show Hacattack300, a moderator, my house. I asked hacattack300 to come to my house, and hacattack came. Many other people asked to come, and I all told them no, except for the VIP's, who I trusted. Among these were a couple of my minecraft buddies, mistasenior, another VIP who's name I do not recall, and lilblake7005. While I was letting them tour my house, Lilblake7005 had sneaked out of my house, and then went to my friend and neighbor's house, Nuttrbutr. Lilblake set a Private Warp (PW) on Nuttrbutr's house, and is currently, for the last 10 minutes, been teleporting to nuttrbutr's house, and relentelessly killing Nuttrbutr. I believe this is an abuse of Lilblake's powers, and lilblake also X-Rayed nuttrbutr's house, to find his storage room. Lilblake dug a DIRECT hole to the storage room, and took everything of value to him. Please, Admins, Mods, or whoever can hear me, please stop the VIP, Lilblake7005, from PW'ing to peoples houses and killing them.

this is true and hes tooken everthing from me of value and he wont stop. he took 2 and a half stacks of iron ingots, 9 diamonds 2 diamond pickaxes, and thats all i know of

Omg... I just checked my house, and he stole 2 stacks of iron, 2 blocks of diamonds, 1 block of iron, 5 diamond swords, 1 diamond chest plate, 3 sets of iron armor, 3 iron swords. PLEASE, STOP HIM! :(! THIS IS SO UNFAIR. THIS CAN'T BE RIGHT!!!
UPDATE: STOLE MY NETHERRACK, STOLE MY 4 STACKS OF GLASS, STOLE 20 CAKES, STOLE 7 GLOWSTONE
PLEASE STOP HIM!
He also minorly griefed my displays and house.

yes, i do believe that lilblake made a tp there or at nuttr'buttrs house and came back later to kill them. I was there when we initially were invited to see Lawl's home.

I am assuming this is on the pvp server correct.. just so I can get the facts straight.
1. There isn't a rule that states a player cannot use a Private Warp to access someone's house.
2. You don't know with 100% certainty that he created a PW there so don't assume things you cannot prove.
3. You say hacattack was there, so did this happen while he was there?
4. Did blake come and leave multiple times or was this all in once visit?
5. You certainly have a long list of specific items. How can we know that you know exactly what he took?
6. You claim he used a hack (x-ray) to find a storage room.
I need to hear from hacattack and the team before we can rule a decision on this. We need more information so please answer my questions and we will discuss the matter.

1. There isn't a rule that states a player cannot use a Private Warp to access someone's house. I no that rule I used it to my advantage

3. You say hacattack was there, so did this happen while he was there? No, law said I could see a glitch he had found.

2. Yes, I do know, because this has been happening for half an hour, I have killed him a couple of times, and he has come back to me, and killed me, and nuttrbutr, and taken the rest of our stached stuff.
3. Yes, hacattack was there when he put the PW there, but he did not know.
4.Multiple times, I would say now for about 30 times.
5. You can look at the log of what items he has gained in the last 40 - 60 minutes. I am saying the complete truth, I do not ask that my items are returned, I just wish for an end to Blake's tyranny.
6. Yes, I do claim because he dug a 1x1 hole through many layers to find nuttr's storage room.

I can't move because A: I do not have the supplies to move, all my supplies are gone
B: I spent 12 hours to make my house, my massive monster spawner, and collecting, I can't just move
C: Lil, you do hack. Nuttrbutr says that he was on his roof when u pwed, how did u dig straight down? Nuttrbutr has repaired your damages, I cannot repair mine, mine are too severe. Nuttrbutr has still his stuff stolen, I still have my stuff stolen, I have a blown up lawn because of you, I have a small portion of damage to my house because of you, I have outside damage because of you.

I know there is no rule about setting a PW, but as I recall there IS one about double killing. Nuttrbutr was most likely not attacking you, and you apparently kept killing him. That sounds like all the criteria of naughty-naughty double killing.

Hmm, they changed since last I look. Alright, so the double killing rule is out. But if lilblake did indeed cause damage to their houses and/or lawns, he has broken this rule. Correct?

2. Griefing ONLY allowed to give access to a home and to look for goodies within it. TNT is not allowed inside someone else's base/house, nor is destroying walls just for the sake of destroying them (when you know nothing is hiding behind it).

I can agree with the creeper fact. it was night time when lilblake was coming in. Thus the mobs abound plentiful since there were at least 2+ players in the chunk

Actually, it wasn't just a creeper. I saw Lil go out, collect mobs by running them, and pull them to my house, and purposely detonating them.
