If you follow Notch or C418 on Twitter, you probably know about this, but a production team wants to make a documentary about Mojang.
They have released some proof of concept videos which are a nice watch -

why does the guy called "junkboy" have his face coverd and not showing him self?

You didn't notice that he's the graphic artist of the group? That might have something to do with it. I believe if you look on the right hand side of the new launcher, you see: Junkboy (art!) so he's the one that makes all those paintings.

He is an artistic sort, and thats the sort of thing they do. Maybe he thinks himself a bit of a Banksy.
Either that or he is deeply uncomfortable with his identity being revealed on the internet, something I sympathise with.
