Yup, it's a Minecart 
I go where chunks won't load but chunks will arrive on my demand <- Minecarts force chunks to load but don't require them to actually be there
I am a murderer of wildlife yet I am a bringer of life <- They can chop down trees but also replant them
I steal from all but give to those who ask <- They pick up any block in a one block radius, but can put them in a chest if you ask them using a sign
