I take banning a VIP very seriously - just ask any of the mods who would have loved to have banned you ages ago. You have caused more trouble than all of the other VIPs combined.
You were caught stealing diamond blocks from Oliverw92
You were caught stealing pumpkins from coffeejunky's house
You griefed kiwinz's lock system, which took a day for 1337 to fix and make work again.
There was evidence pointing towards (but not complete proof of):
You burning down XsvalavsX's house in the Lost City, twice.
You building in Vegas without permission
And only God knows what else you did while the mods were not able to watch you...
Ban appeal denied. You were warned, many, MANY times about the things you were doing. You knew the server rules, and blatantly disobeyed them, many times, despite warnings.
A donation is non-refundable. If I gave a refund for a donator who was banned for griefing, then donators would just grief when they were "done" with their donation. Not a good way to encourage good server behavior.
For the record, hunterthe100 is the FIRST VIP permanently banned from the server (two other VIPs were banned due to a miscommunication between the moderators and myself, but subsequently unbanned). I hope he is the last. I really do not want to ban people who donate towards the server, but I cannot have VIPs causing havoc in VIP safe-zones - or anywhere on the server, for that matter.
