Permission to grief?

I'm trying to expand the defenses around Pharos, my plan it two walls of lava flowing down around it. The only issue is that Waffl3s has a house that ended up pretty close to the outside of Pharos, and if I place these walls of lava, it will come down right on top of Waffl3s house. Normally I wouldn't even ask for this, but Waffl3s hasn't been on for two months that I know of, so I haven't been able to ask him/her if I could do this. Seeing as how it is two months old, is there anything that can be done?

Waffl3s hasn't been on since the 7th. I give you permission to start the lava flow. I know he only made that house as a joke anyway.

Thanks Spike. Looks like the lava might only come within a block or two of the house, it might not hit it. We'll see I guess.
