Marley and Waycool read the rules it DOES NOT say DO NOT USE SEE THOURGH TEXTURES so it wasnt in the rules im just trying to help them get unbanned please unban them Oliver and Sgt there nice and respectful to the server and they Deserve to be out back on the server

Did you even see why they were banned? It wasn't just for using a transparent texture pack, it was also for duping items, lying, spreading false accusations about the mods, etc etc. No, they will never be unbanned.
