PvP: Teleporting disabled while in combat

I'd love a plug-in that would disable your ability to teleport for a few minutes after taking damage from another player.

Very good idea and I think it would add to the pvp server greatly. However I don't think it should stop them teleporting for a few minutes as people could just chase someone hitting them every so often so they can never ever escape. I know that sounds silly as it is pvp but you can see how people could take advantage of it and harrass other's constantly which I don't consider to be pvp. Maybe seconds would be more appropriate.

It should also require standing still while waiting. So that a person couldn't type the command quickly and continue running until the TP took effect.

Yeah, it's basically what has already been talked about multiple times before. I don't remember ever seeing a plugin that could do it? Maybe you posted it and I just never had a chance to try it out.
