You broke into the train station, then said you didn't have to tell the mod how you got in.
You asked if gay was a bad word, then proceeded to say "McBubblz is gay gay gay gay"
After this, you said "u cant ban me for it" and "i will go to a different server if u do"
You also called denmark gay. And someone else "gay like denmark"
You called gunpowder gay.
I don't see any possible way you can honestly say "I don't know why I was banned". It was obvious that you were breaking the rules (you even asked if you were breaking the rules before you did it), and the mods warned you multiple times.
I am willing to give you a second chance, but only after a temporary ban from the server of 5 days. After 5 days, you may contact me to get unbanned. You need time to think about your actions, and whether you want to continue to be a part of this community. It seems that you do not take the rules very seriously, and that has to change in order for you to be a part of what we have going here.

Regardless of how he meant it, it is not allowed by the server rules. Calling someone "gay" is often meant in a condescending or disrespectful manner, so it will not be allowed in any context or meaning. Besides, he asked if it was breaking the rules, then went on to break the rules anyhow after receiving an answer. I cannot let that sort of disrespect for the server rules and moderators go unchecked.

McBubblz, You asked if "I thought" gay was a bad word or not. I said that I thought it was if used in negative context, but it could also mean happy. I then specifically said "adm, just don't use it" I never said it was allowed, But i did specify NOT to use it, right before adm started saying it. I told him to stop multiple times, and he did not.

Ok.. I see this as a time I need to clarify this so everyone understands. I am pretty sure everyone can and will agree to this definition:
The term 'gay', is generally ONLY used at Christmas time in some songs. This is not Xmas time, and we are not singing.
Over the years of hearing that word, I have ONLY ever heard of it being used in a derogitory and cruel context.
The fact that this discussion has had so much said in this thread alone, and has still not been clearly resolved irritates me.
So I'll just lay down the Rule of Law here so everyone gets the point.
DO NOT USE the word. It is NOT ok. Period. Does that sound fair and just? Good.
Case Facts:
The word is bad. Don't use it anymore.
adm is going to be unbanned with strict notice of warning.
The unban decision has already been posted, yet the discussion of whether it was wrong or right still continues. Drop it. The decision has already been made.
You are still disrespecting Mods/Admins by dragging this on and on.
I would hate to have to veto the unban decision based on the contuation of Mod/Admin disrespect.
The Warning-
In the future, whether on these forums or in the game, if you break the rules, disrespect mods and admins, or violate people's rights, a re-ban will take place and will likely become permanent. I would take extra steps at this point to review our rules and ask any questions you may have about them so we can clarify it for you.

I need to concur with Vargess here. It is the sad truth of today that NOBODY uses the word "gay" in the definition of someone being "happy" unless they are singing some sort of ancient christmas carol, or qouting something that is equally is old. To say that it is often used at all in this day and age for the good definition is laughable. Let's not kid ourselves into thinking anyone who says it means it nicely.
