I am going to start with honesty as it truly is the best thing to do in this case as well as many others . Simply put, I messed with hacattack3000's head in mumble by saying I recorded him with my fraps and I actually don't even own it LOL. We were having a little argument about a bet i made with someone on League of Legends, they bet i could beat him 1v1. We argued over how it would be played and everything he said would pwn me, i countered EX trindamere would crit me to death instantly, and my teemo would just blind him.(excuse the nerd talk lol) He then warned me saying if i recorded him again he would ban me from both servers.(i turned mumble recording on, then off before he said it) I am expecting this is why I was banned from the server, however I am not sure as in the ban screen on minecraft it says "you are banned from this server! reason: undefined. I have played this server for quite some time and have MANY projects. All I have heard of about the ban is what Jacca said in League pm's and he wouldn't tell me who i apparently "disrespected" so i assumed it was hacattack3000 . P.S the 4 or 5 dungeons and 2 lodes of diamonds in a small area/time frame if that had to deal with it was a chunk error. If that is the reason i can upload the many screenshots i took of it because i felt they would come in handy.(most dungeons i've ever seen in one chunk and one was a double dungeon)

Hope this can get resolved soon as it IS the weekend :/ but recently i havent played minecraft much....nonetheless i am an active member of this server and AM on mumble about 40 hours a week I think. Due to the time frame it could've been any number of people who felt offended so, if it was someone else, please correct me.

So you don't really understand how you were offending hacattack? Sure there isn't anything you are forgetting, maybe things you said?

earlier i might've called him a felcher yes, i know i'm immature... and dont ban me from the forums for saying that lol its just what i said in mumble and if it offended him I don't see why, as I was banned like 3 hours later >.<

Sorry but unless you start telling more of the truth this ban appeal isn't going to get anywhere.

Thanks btw, we didn't know what a felcher was, but now you said about it we looked it up. You didn't help yourself there :)

I know you're not ment to post in Ban appeals but I looked up Felcher and didn't find anything. I don't think I'm the only one who doesn't know what it means so can you please enlighten?

It wouldn't even be appropriate to talk about on this forum, it's pretty terrible. Go to Urban Dictionary and look up felching if you really want to know.

I am trying to think of what else I could have said to offend him. Could it have been when i said oh you want to play 5v5 so u can just feed off the bots? I was basically taunting him to try n get him to play me? or was it when I said I was it was a lie about recording him the 2nd time(with fraps), when I actually was not recording?Can I get a hint of what it is I did to offend him?Could it have been when I simply said that I had a bet saying I was better then him at League of Legends... P.S i said the felcher thing( in my last post) because I thought that was what offended him.... nonetheless i am trying to say everything because this server is one of the better ones I have played on, and if it wasn't i wouldn't have donated.

i would like to continue to play on this server even though i dont play minecraft quite as often as i used to.

Could it have been how I said he was afraid?
When he wouldn't 1v1 me?

I REALLY don't even remember what else I could have said to offend him, he could have asked me a question but I went afk for about 45 mins and came back banned :/

Let's take this from the top:

  • You started recording mumble when lots of people in chat said they didn't want it
  • Hac muted and deafened you to stop you being able to record them
  • When you stopped, hac unmuted and undeafened you and you started saying 'you mad bro? you mad bro? you totes mad' over and over to him
  • He moved you into root to stop you spamming everyone with that
  • You then came back into the channel making loud and annoying noises
  • You were moved out again and told to stop again
  • You came back in and made more loud and annoying noises, so Hac muted you
  • You then said '**** you' to hac in the chat part of mumble and proceeded to attempt to spam him by messaging him """"""""
  • Hac then told you to stop, saying his text-to-speech was off and it wasn't affecting him
  • You then replied 'ok then smd' (meaning suck my ****)
  • You then said you are recording hac with fraps and spammed him with 'you mad bro' again
  • Hac replied 'record me again and i'm going to ban you' and kicked you
You stopped after that. We have logs of all of it. It's a shame you 'forgot' all this

In all honesty I thought he was messing with me as many people have been kicked for random reasons myself included the way you displayed this it makes sense... I feel bad because this makes me look like a total douchebag (excuse my language) and it looks way worse then i thought of it in my head.

EDIT: Hac replied 'record me again and i'm going to ban you' and kicked you

That made me think i was good from the time before it, which is why i didnt say all of this as if it offended him i thought he would ahve just flat out banned me

on a side note i didnt make more noises I just continued taunting him saying the reason he wouldn't fight me was because he would just lose. At that point he muted me. and i said u mad bro ect in chat because he had muted me ( u mad bro? aka just admit i'm better then you at LoL)

Overall almost all of that did happen and the way you put it out it makes me sound really bad, and i deserve it :/ on the spamming note yet again i know quite a few occurences one was actually you wasn't it? the night you were spamming circumflex accents?

Nonetheless What you said is extremely close to what happened and i am truly sorry and it will not happen again.

Ban lengths will be discussed. Thanks for coming clean and accepting it, although it would have been nicer I hadn't had to list everything you did first.

Also the difference between when i was typing things like '' in chat and this occasion is that a) nobody was complaining b) it wasn't directed at anyone c) i was doing it to antagonise or irritate someone d) nobody had told me to stop (unlike you). So don't try and turn the attention off you hmmk?

You will apologise IF unbanned? Makes me think you will not be sincere when apologising seeing as you will only apologise if unbanned. To Mods and Admin: Only posting because I need to make sure you didn't miss it.

he said he will apologise in MUMBLE if hes unbanned. aka....he cant do it in mumble if hes not unbanned.

Lol roland00111. The league of legends taunting had no effect on me. This has nothing to do with league of legends. This has to do with when I've told you not to record people and you still do it anyway. I've muted and deafened you for recording a few times before. Continuing to record and telling me you're recording me to my face is direct disrespect and as quite a few people know, I don't deal with disrespect well. Also the fact that when I moved you away to another channel because of you constantly saying "u mud bro?" then when you move back to the channel after being moved away you start making this long, loud, annoying noise twice as you moved back into the channel which highly annoyed me more so I global muted you again, at which point you swear at me and attempt to spam me to continue the annoyance even after being muted. I was finished playing and you weren't stopping. You didn't stop until I had completely had enough of you and put you back in your place.

We had a LoL match where SOMEONE was losing and got a kill on us when it was 4v1 and said u mud bro? in chat after that everyone picked it up and ran with it.


Apologizing in mumble as in WITH MY VOICE not some child saying sorry in forum ban appeal and laughing in real life and mocking the person still.

"On a side note i believe the ban appeals section is only for moderators and "appealer's" unless someone else was involved in the event.

After a long period of time and many, many posts by the entire Mod Team going back and forth, covering details from the cause of this latest ban all the way back to your first incidents.. We have finally reached a decision by holding a vote with several options on how to handle this. After a lengthy battle, we have decided that it would be in the community's best interest, to leave your ban in place for a more permanent period of time. Due to a variety of issues including disrespecting members of this team, as well as other VIP members and other players on our server. Disrespectful and at times derogatory statements and behavior on our chat server. Rude and obnoxious behavior toward other community members within our game server. Breaking numerous rules on multiple occasions.. Some members of this community feel that we have given you too many chances, perhaps. I don't know, I cannot speak for them. However, it is the general consensus of this council, that we have come to this conclusion.
We thank you for your time and effort you have placed into our server and it's community.

We wish you good luck in finding a server and community that is more fitting to your style of play and conduct.
