Server Commands

I might be blind, but is there anywhere we list the commands available on this server (ie /sethome, /getpos, etc.)? Would be useful to have for both new comers and those of us who have been around a little bit with new features like chestprotect and email.

If you type /help don't you see them?

You see all the hey0 and most plugin commands with /help, but don't see the mca commands.
