Spawn Killing

Hi.
Just want to know is spawn killing allowed on PvP?
I was getting spawn killed when i was getting raided. i know i died over 30 times..
I went of for about 2 hrs and came back on just to see lava where i was spawning. -_-
had to get my brother to help me type /spawn before i got killed. lol
people doing it.
xboxextreme and samzeeguy.
don't know if i got the names right.

If it was at your /f home it is okay but if it was at /spawn it is disabled so it isn't spawn killing it's f home killing.

Other than 'No Hacking' PvP doesn't really have any rules. I'd suggest you move or fortify your base some more anyway now.

maybe they should get better at PVP then.

i found the spawn killing annoying... there should if you die like 3 times be invulrable for a few secs so it stops spawn killing

No. It already does this.. your stay invulnerable for like 2-3 seconds. In that time you can easily type /spawn and make it stop.

I disagree. No one should struggle with typing /spawn. Or alternatively, you could just not go on for about 20 minutes. Most people just get bored with no one around to kill.

Even if i did wait 20 minutes i would have died because they filled the room with lava

That is indeed a problem... We'll have to consider possible solutions.

Easy fix, just don't make your F home or home in an obvious place, maybe make it a little ways away from where you store stuff, or even better in a location thats beside your base, rather than inside it. depending on your base setup, there is always a place where you can put it thats out of the way.

Yeah BUT, if you aren't clever, and keep respawning to try and defend your base, the attackers will eventually figure out where it is. If they put a lava pit right below where you spawn, with some hard walls, then the only thing you can hope for is that you are fast enough to type /spawn before you die. Some people aren't that fast though, and that leaves them with no options but to die over and over again.

I'd rather find a different solution. Not everyone has the know-how to create a macro.

We did away with rules because PVP should have no rules. Like seriously. Don't do this again.

It was my understanding that we have told players macros are not ok. It's viewed as a hack/mod. Hacks are not allowed, even on PvP.
