Suggestion: No wood structurs in town

I wish it was not so.. however I have seen building after building burn in new town :x

My suggestion would be to have no house be built with more than 50% wood. Maybe even lower.

Def not.. I enjoy seeing the wood, its just that eventually its asking to be destroyed, and it requires people to come clean it up once it is.

They turned off fire spreading on the server. So if someone lights one blocks on fire, it won't spread to other pieces. Sure they could go to each piece wood and burn it, but the same would be said for netherrack

Taking away wood is a ridiculous idea, and theres no way it would be implemented. That would take away from peoples ability to be creative, thus downgrading the quality of the experience. I'm sure I could drovel on about why it's not a good idea, but I'll just TL;DR it.

TL;DR:
Keep wood structures. :mrgreen:

guys this thread is so old, i mean really old, so not too much point continuing the discussion. I actually think it was back when there was only one town for non-VIP's, before PVP, before I joined the server....
