Tree's in the Nether ?!

Hello,
I am Jurriaan ( Jurriaan95 )
I am working on a mega city with some ( /warp survcity)
we needed some soulsand so i went to the nether to get it,
I forgot to read the signs and I went inside,
I saw no houses so I Assumed that griefing and stealing was allowed.
while i was getting the soulsand I saw a few trees in the distance,
I thought it was a smart idea to bring some wood for the city,
so I choped the trees and I went back ...
I passed a destroyed house and looked inside for some fun things, I can't remember if
i took anything out of the house
but I do have some trees choped.
I'm working on the city with: Hugo Huisman Kaladorn, and Legioniare2 Vargess.

I hope you read this quickly because I would like to get back to the city
choping the tree's in the nether was a misunderstanding and it will not still happen

I find it very hard not to read the signs as I walk through any of the spawns.

Forget isn't the right word
I just didn't read the sign and thought it was just like PvP without killing.
cause nobody build there and i never see a house
only some cobblestone and other stuff.
I think u guys will not let me on the server...
but i'm really not that griefer, when say this u guys won't believe me :S
if you need some information about me u shall have to ask Hugohuisman and Kaladorn cause i know them personal.

i saw my city ( surv city ) over skype
and its getting huge!
i really need to know if i can go back or not :S
but who banned me btw?

Jurriaan we are in the final stages of working on your ban appeal, please be patient. oh and you have been speaking to the person that banned you, though you should be able to see that in the ban message that comes up when you try to connect.

The moderator team has reviewed your ban appeal and we've decided that you will not be unbanned.

Part of this was the fact that you were on your second chance. A general rule is if you are not sure it's abandoned or not in use anymore, just don't touch it!
