hello

i was banned by sgt spike because i used "foul language" so this is what happened...

my friend masterian151 just got the game and he wast thinking about what he was doing so he bought tons of hacked diamond for iron and daclownie came up and asked him why he had hacked items. And ian told him how he got them and daclownie cleared his inventory and most of it
(exsept the hacked items he bought) was legit. and daclownie (same day) banned some 1 for having allot of iron. so, i started a thread titled "daclownie is messed up" and talked about how he is corrupt. but he didnt say about the guy with the ton of iron was that he had 255 (some where around that number) of iron in one stack so i said ok to that. but some 1 got on the thread after sgt spike told me to stop that he saw ian hacking and stuff like that (which is a total lie because he only got on with me) so in my friends deffence (as any good friend would say) i told the guy to shut his mouth. and sgt spike told me to fined a new server to play on and that i was banned.

and thats how i got banned i really want to play on this server again so if you would look at this that would be appreciated very much!

Your friend, masterian151, was warned and had his inventory cleared for having hacked items. You were not happy with this decision, saying that it isn't his fault he bought hacked items. You pretty much voided that excuse by saying above 'he just got the game and wasnt thinking when he bought hacked items'. You then decided to make a thread against DaClownie: http://minecraftcc.com/index.php?threads/daclownie-is-messed-up.508/#post-4777 where you claimed he was stealing things from people for his own good, amongst other things. SgtSpike explained that DaC was completely in the right, yet you would not accept this. You then escalated this thread by being rude to the staff (DaClownie and Rain), at which point SgtSpike banned you for being out-right rude to Rain, telling him to shut his mouth.

tl;dr you tried to make a complaint about a staff member publically, then slandered staff members when you wouldn't accept that DaClownie did nothing wrong.

"slander" ok im sorry but thats just a bunch of *BLEEPITY BLEEP BLEEP* shut your mouth is defending your friend. and i was complaning about a mod who seemed to be doing somthing wrong THEN i apologized to daclownie and sgt spike THEN rain came along and put his thoughts into it AFTER we made up so rain started a fight and i got banned. and i dont see "shut your mouth" as bad language i see "swearing" as bad so your definition is different than mine

Disrespect of other players is not tolerated atomic - that is why you were banned. And your posts are further convincing me we made the right decision to ban you in the first place.

Also, to add to Oli's list, you advertised your server (or some other server) here, which is also against the rules.
