hi my in-game name is DVode.

I got banned earlier today because i was messing around with my friend and he killed me for no reason. i said to him : **** you, and the moderator took it personnaly or something because i got one warning and THEN said **** you again because he killed me AGAIN... and Coffee, one of your admin/moderator banned me for disrespecting integrity of a player and disrespecting a moderator.
I am really sorry if i did hurt someone because, in real life, i know Bill93express (the player i was insulting as a joke ) but i truly find this un fair because i didnt get the three warning that i've been told i had to respect.

i am sincerely sorry of the trouble i made on your wonderful server that i love playing on with my friends, i am 17 years old almost 18 and i am sorry of the immaturity i used during all this.

I'm gonna point out that he was given multiple warnings. DVode, just so you know, your friends really hurt your chances when they proceeded to swear and threaten the server. I suggest you have a word with them.

i am sitting next to Bill93expres right now and he is awear of what happened, he was there, he tried to save me, i take the blame, i know i said mean things to HIM no one els, i didnt get the 3 warnings that we need to be banned, i had two, i counted them and bill too. all i want is to be unbanned because im having alot of fun on this server. i had a moment of stupidness but it wont happen again i can assure you. bill93express, Gotig Agentdylan and agentgrabriel can tell you that i was not insulting a moderator. i got the message that i have been disrespectful to a moderator when i didnt insult one.

When you're warned to stop swearing. You stop. If you swear even once more afterwards, it's a bannable offense. Which is what happened with you. There is no.... 3 warning rule. When I checked your chat logs to see exactly what you said and when, you swore three different times. Just one was in french. The one in french was a very bad one. Also according the screenshot taken by one of our VIP players, you told one of our players (silverzone2), "**** you". I also saw that in the chat logs. The screenshot just helped me place it in it's correct place.

DVode, your ban appeal has been denied. You continued to login and swear profusely in both French and English after we had some issues with bans taking effect. You could have used that opportunity to contribute to the community and show that you were sorry for what you did, but you chose not to, and you knew the rules.
