I did not know griefing was allowed, and especially not that people that have rights to teleport steals.

"Now you answer"? I told you it could take several days before we reached a decision, and you can't even wait one? Seriously?

And yes, of course stealing/greifing is allowed in PvP! Always has been, always will be. We discussed it and voted on it in a thread here, it was discussed many times on the server itself, and it is YOUR responsibility to know the server rules before you start playing.

Not sure what you mean by teleporting steals, but if you mean teleporting back to home or spawn after stealing from someone else, then yes, that is allowed. It was voted upon to keep the /home and /spawn functionality in the PvP server, though we are looking in to adding a timer after stealing/killing.

And THANK YOU for giving me all the confirmation I needed that we did the right thing banning you from our server!

Perhaps it isn't for me to comment and I should just stay out, but bjornhansson you are taking this situation very immaturely and acting quite childish and very impatient. You should of atleast given them some time to review your application and getting in a tiz with them wasn't going to make that happen any faster. I suggest you read the rules of the pvp server first and perhaps not get yourself so worked up over a fun little game?
