Reason: Going to a castle that wasn't mine so I mined some stone. Caught by Nucks, he asked me to replace the stone, so I did. He left me off with a warning and told me to never return to the castle.

Last time Nucks warped to me he found me outside a already griefed structure and said why was I here. I told him I was taking a walk and before I can ask why I was banned. Mostly I forgot but that's all I remember from that.

Maybe it isn't my place to offer input, but seeing as these ban appeal threads are indeed open to all, I will.

I have personally played with boxslide, and can confirm that he has not been caught in other peoples houses before, so it seems to me like he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I myself can vouch that if I see a house which looks like it was griefed, I will go in and contact a mod just to make sure.

If what boxslide says is true, it also seems like Nucks banned him before he even had a chance to respond...

The problem here is you have not been acknowledged the other offences that are known from boxslide14. Hence this quote.

boxslide14 was deffinetly given clear warnings multiple times.

boxslide, I will give you another chance; however, you need to understand that mining through a wall to get inside a structure is not ok, even if you replace the broken parts of the wall. It is ok to walk around in someone elses structure, so long as they have provided a way for you to get in without breaking anything.

Do you agree to not grief any more structures?
