Here is what really happened. I got a message on skype about players killing at spawn on the pvp server, I logged in and a player (netwalker0099) tells me that he was going to spawn to trade another player roughly 150 arrows for a stack of coal and upon arrival to /spawn was killed on site several times by mrRiceCake. I teleported to mrricecake and asked him if he had been killing players at spawn and he said no. So I said that I was going to look up the server logs, and he replied that he was killing players at spawn and taking their stuff. I told him to return what he had taken but he said that "someone else" picked it up. at this point I was in the base of mrricecake, jtspanda, gomezsanchez and boston55 and told them that they had better return the stolen items. They just said they did not have them so I proceeded to look around their base. I was then killed by mrricecakes and dropped my diamond sword, so I teleported back to him and asked why he killed me and asked for my sword back. He said that he didn't have it and after several minutes of talking with him jtspanda throws my diamond sword back to me. I say again that I am not leaving without the stolen arrows, bow & sapplings that belonged to netwalker0099 they say "fine stay here if you want". So I go stand next to a chest and Jtspanda (who was there the whole time) pulls out a bow and kills me then takes my sword again. I get fed up with their noncooperation and ban Jtspanda and they start dumping buckets of water on the floor to try to push me down stairs into lava, so I walk down and look in a room at the bottom with lava pits on the sides of a stone path. At this point they are trying to push me into the lava pools to kill me so I finish looking around the area and go back to the main room where ricecake says that he and jtspanda are talking on vent and that if I unban him he will return my sword, the arrows, bow & sapplings thus confirming that he was the one who stole them in the first place and lied about not having them. Hurune then said in chat if they were unhappy to file a ban appeal.

Jtspanda, do you have a response to what 1337phreak said? Sounds like you broke the rule of respecting a moderator. You also lied to a moderator, which I don't appreciate. I don't see where he was in the wrong for trying to collect stolen items from you, so why were you so uncooperative and kept killing him?
