Yeseterday, I insulted PD400 through a coversation he started that has been going on for a while now, I sent some really harsh insults because even after Oliverw92 checked the logs and told PD400 that I killed him, he still spammed me with messages through conversation, as I stirred and escalated this situation through replying with rather harsh, insulting messages, nothing personal though.
But, I realised I took it too far yesterday, but I already send the message, and I didn't know how to delete this, so I dropped the conversation, and was going to put an end. I already told a moderator (Jov) about the situation I and PD400 was in, saying we were both in the wrong, and I took it too far . . . and I asked could you (Jov) settle this and end the rivalry, I don't like acting like I'm low and I can't stand up to myself, so I wanted a good come back, so I just searched on google (I wanted something really good) and I messaged him (PD400) earlier in the conversation to settle this and draw a line, and be freinds again.
I do think I should be punished. However I also think PD400 should be punished for being stubborn and not accepting what Oliverw92 said. I wish everyone the best of luck, bye! =D

Xciting, please don't post polls in your ban appeal. What would it matter what the results would be for it anyway? The voting poll is done internally by the moderators anyway.

Normally, I wouldn't bother posting in a ban appeal. But given the situation, I want to clear something up.

I believed Oliver after he told me this, and I stated that in the thread. However, my point was that I still had the items in my inventory, as well. Oliver, you've seen the conversation in its entirety. I had not spammed XcitingStuart in anyway. As I told you earlier, I did conduct myself innapropriately. However, the only instance of "spamming" would be the massive wall of "Ha!Ha!"s Xciting included in one post.

I was not punished for being "stubborn", as there was nothing to be stubborn about. I understand my consequences and accepted them.

EDIT: To add, Xciting pm'd me a request to end the argument after I reported him, and possibly after he was banned, as the PM was dated today.

No, I done it before when I never knew I was banned, it was the first thing I done, and it was yesterday for me, and I wanted to just drop the subject

And I was constantly being accused of stuff I never done, like the time when I was accused of both fly hacking and speed hacking, then PD400 said I was dupliating inventory, and posting me messags even after oliverw92 has told him

You know what? You disappoint me. I put my trust in you - I put myself out on a line to get you unbanned because you were SO persistent that you didn't use any hacks, even though I SAW it with my own eyes. I put my time and effort into giving you a chance, even though you and your brother were constantly pestering me in game, doing things I told you not to (the broadcast messages for example). Even after I give you this lifeline, you continued to do things like fake server reboot messages, and then this.

After all that though, you haven't let me down the most. You have let yourself down. This is nobodies fault but yours. Do not try and blame it on other people. Don't be a coward and try and pretend it is something it isn't. Stand up, accept it was your fault, and move on.

I hope by the time you find another server you have matured and learned to accept responsibility for your actions - for your sake as well as theirs.

Just saying, kibox uses this computer too, and he hasnt done anything wrong
