We'll discuss your case and get back to you.

You were banned for hacking, as you placed over 700 TNT throughout the world. Care to explain how you managed to acquire this much TNT?

Just for believability: Yesterday (or the day before that, but I think it was yesterday (German perspective)), I visited sniper's and boston's place. Boston invited me to see the extensive mine, and there he also said that he does love mining. So, it's not just some useful words for the purpose of making a case.

Boston's block history backs up his claim on my end as well. I just wish they could remember who they had bought the gunpowder from...

I smell a rollback.

Side note: It seems like the block logs are unreliable, so the whole "more than 700 blocks of TNT" case seems unstable.

Ok so a full chest of gunpowder would be:

6x9 slots in a large chest = 54 slots
54x64 = 3,456 gunpowder
5 gunpowder in a tnt - 3,456 / 5 = 691 tnt with 1 gunpowder remaining.

According to blocklog, sniper11 and boston combined placed 786 + 478 = 1264

Last time i checked, 1264 is a great deal bigger than 691!

God, 700 is not all at same time in same place...
This is probably a reference to how the block logs work, but I don't know those, so I'm not the wiser. And maybe it shouldn't be known to the players, anyway. Otherwise: Does the block log say that player X has placed 700 TNT in his whole PvP server career? Or are the entries somehow grouped by date? If the former is true, then Socrates' block-log objection is void, because he could well have placed 80 TNT over his whole PvP server time.

It is possible to see who placed what blocks in a certain place. That method shows you how many at a certain time. I have never known blocklog to say you placed more than you actually ahve though - only that it can sometimes say you have broken/destroyed less than that amount. This can be due to glitches with continuous mining, or so i believe (i.e. when you mine and hold the mouse button down). I mined something like 5800 snow, yet i think only 3000 registered. I had my mouse held down for about 20 minutes so itsunderstandable in that scenario glitches can occur.

It's the latter. It actually gives the exact date/time, and x,y,z coords. I really don't see how it could have added in extra x,y,z's and date/times without the person actually placing the items there.

IMO, it's still a reliable tool.
