my brother griefed the dome on my account, i promise it was my brother i repect the build world and would never deface anyones propertym.

Ok I actually witnessed the incident that occurred, I saw i was checking out the build world when I saw twinninja come through the spawn area, so i decided to follow him. I specifically saw him do several acts of reifing (including detonating a poop load of tnt) A short while later i saw yettissaurus come through and ask twin what he was doing I do not believe twin responded and then a mod came over right as yetti removed a few blocks to enter a weird glass dome thing within the build server. I now believe i have provided sufficent evidence that twin was the actual greifer and yetti was an innocent bystander caught in the cross fire.

Sorry but that isn't sufficient evidence - non-VIPs can't set off TNT, and also breaking a few blocks to enter a 'weird glass dome thing' (which i made btw - it took a VERY long time) is griefing.

Yes but i just dont think breaking a few blocks justifies a permanent ban oh and he didnt set the tnt off it was a tnt trap the tnt fell on him and there was a huge amount of tnt around him

wow hes a first time offender and he didnt really do that much damage tim just saying thats kind of harsh.
